Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations – in partnership with a RTO)


This 7  weeks course will give students an introduction to the food preparation industry. Students completing the Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations – in partnership with a RTO) will be able to find work in Cafes or restaurants as kitchen assistants. Students are encouraged to move onto apprenticeships upon completion of the course to further their careers in the industry.

The course will be held in MCC’s own commercial kitchen facilities and will cover basic food preparation techniques.
